A day of ups and downs ...

3D Color Ultrasounds are truly incredible! Being able to share the experience with Karly and Josh from Calgary via the internet is incredible! I loved the pictures of "the guy"! For those of you that don't know, we wont know the sex of "the guy" until arrival day! One of life's surprises! I loved Karly's giggles. :) I wish I could hug them both right this minute!!!

...

Well this good day just had a lil down turn, I went out to my car to take Philip to pick up his car from the shop and ... someone got into my car last night and stole about $60 worth of new stuff and my old sunglasses. They however left my work badge, the CD changer cartridge, a new pair of shoes, new crockpot and a 12 pack of soda, how weird is that?! I left the car unlocked cause I was going to go to the gym an hour after I got home but plans changed. They looked for the garage door opener too, but we dont have one. Lesson learned: always lock the car cause I frequently have something of value in there.

stop leaving things of value in your car. this dumbass may come back and i would hate it if you had to replace windows too!
also, i hope you are better in the habit of locking the house now than you/we used to be. if not, time to start!

You will be happy to know, I lock the house now. :) The funny is yesterday getting in and out of the car I had this nagging feeling about leaving some documents in the car I had in there for bills I went to pay. And also I kept having this feeling about the stuff I was buying and ... just some sort of uneasiness. I know what it was now. Hindsight.

I still cant believe they didnt take the other new stuff. Maybe they didnt want to carry heavy things? But really the neighbor dog started barking and I thought it odd because she doesnt, it was early morning. The neighbor said she wondered why Gretchen was barking, now we know. Maybe thats why they left the other stuff???

Ok so a couple years ago, while living in snoozing St. George, someone broke into my crappy (but sweet) little car. Rich's realy nice truck was right there...but they chose mine. Their mistake. Anyone ever see my car? Let's just say they rumagged thru alot of sippy cups, old chicken nuggets, and junk mail. This happened to be the one night I took my wallet in. They even went thru my temple bag, but got nothin! yes I know I shouldnt leave that stuff in my car, but I do. No lectures please:)

Everyday its a gettin closer, Goin' faster than a rollercoaster...

Yea sing it! Maybe it will cheer you up. I hope you have learned from it and will change your habits for you, not because I think you should change.

We lock our house even when we are in it. I lock my car when I go inside the 7-11. You just can't trust people. I remember when I first moved to Utah, Ross and I went to Del Taco. We came out and her HUGE book of CD's was stolen. People are dumb and I love you too.
